    Pixel Sorting

Pixel Sorting is a machine driven puzzle game about coloured sand. Every stage shows a finished pixel picture, then breaks that picture into clumps, layers and narrow ribbons of sand. You never drag a grain by hand. You operate the machinery and let physical movement carry the sand home.

Four studios, four different ways to think.

Belt Workshop sends clumps along conveyor belts. Tap the flip plate to choose a lane, hold the press roller to make a clump wider and thinner, tap the cutter to split it at the right moment, and time the merger so two clumps arrive together.

Glass Rails asks you to push whole rows and columns on transparent tracks. Lock a finished rail, open a hatch only while the wanted colour sits above it, and use large background areas to squeeze single detail grains into place.

Ribbon Lab compresses a picture into thin ribbons. Set the plate angle, aim the guide chute, release one segment gate at a time, and stamp finished areas so later sand cannot spread through them.

Rewind Studio runs on a decaying painting. Drag a rewind frame over a broken area, hold the rewind key to replay those grains backwards, drop anchors on parts that are already correct, and watch your energy.

Submit any run at any time. The report shows outline match, colour match, misplaced grains, lost grains, operations and time, so you always learn which step actually failed. An archive, an analysis board and a gallery keep every run and every finished sand painting.
